Former President and CEO of Cisco Systems Canada Co.

Nitin spearheaded significant growth, expanding the company's operational reach and nearly tripling revenue from $800 million to $2.3 billion in just four years. His leadership extended beyond Canadian borders, influencing global strategy and mobile sales operations. Following his tenure at Cisco, he revitalized the Enterprise Business Unit at Rogers Communications, cultivating a customer-first culture that led to the unit's market leadership.

Nitin's was recognized as a Champion of Public Education from The Learning Partnership and Corporate Executive of the Year from the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce. In 2024, he received the prestigious Tech Leader of the Year Award in the Lifetime Achievement category from the Canada India Tech Council, highlighting his significant impact on the technology sector.
Nitin served on the Premier of Ontario’s Jobs and Prosperity Council and acted as an Expert Reviewer for the Government of Canada’s Supercluster initiative. His leadership roles also include past membership on the Board of Directors of Toronto Global, Chair of the Singularity University Canada Board and past Chair of the Conference Board of Canada.

Currently, Nitin is a member of the Board of Directors for Haüskey Inc., an innovative Proptech start-up, and ESI Technologies, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions.

Nitin is returning to the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation, having served on the Foundation's Board of Directors from 2008-2014.
